USER AGREEMENT

I) WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
I hereby understand and agree that this website and the contents thereof, is provided on an “As Is”  basis without Representations or Warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, or of non-infringement.  The forms and letter templates offered on this website are for informational purposes only and are intended to be used as a guide only.  Library Online Inc. is not engaged in rendering legal or other professional advice, and our forms and templates are not a substitute for the advice of an attorney or other professional counsel. 

II) LIABILITY DISCLAIMER  
I hereby understand and agree that in no event, will Library Online Inc. or any Shareholders, Owners, Officers, Directors, Employees, other Representatives or Associates thereof, be held liable for the use of content contained in this website including but not limited to the letter templates, forms, images, designs, illustrations or any other literary writings or hyperlinked websites contained therein, for any direct, indirect, special or other consequential damages including, without limitation, any lost profits, libel/slander liabilities, business interruption, loss of use, loss of data, imposed financial liabilities or otherwise, without regard to the form of any action, including but not limited to contract, negligence, or other tortuous actions, all rising out of or in connection with the use, display, quoting of, or copying of any contents contained in this website. 

I hereby further understand and agree that the Templates contained in this website are intended to be a guide only and that responsibility rests entirely with the User of said templates to consult with legal counsel at all times where damages may potentially arise, prior to the use any of the letter templates contained within this site.

III) SINGLE USER LICENSE ONLY:
I hereby understand and agree that my membership is a “Single User” only license which gives me permission to use but not ownership of the letter templates contained in this website. I understand that giving another person access to my account is considered a breach of this User Agreement and will result in an immediate termination of my account without refund. 

I understand and agree that I may use the letter templates for personal, organizational, or business use only. (See Section VIII COPYRIGHT for use defined fully under “Permission Granted” to avoid violation of copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws).

IV) REFUNDS: 
I understand and acknowledge that refunds are not issued on the Library Online memberships.  If a letter template that I require is not located in the category that my Library Online membership gives me access to, I may request a new letter template relative to that category be designed, all inclusive of my membership fee. 

V) REQUESTING DESIGN OF NEW LETTER TEMPLATES: 
I understand and agree that the privilege of requesting new letter templates relative to my membership category(s) is restricted to one template request in the writing queue at a time per member, and I acknowledge that multiple requests will not be honored.  I further acknowledge that the service of designing new templates is an ‘accommodation’ to my membership, not the sole purpose of it (see "Right of Refusal" below).  

Content Restrictions: I also understand and accept that "content restrictions" may apply to letter templates that I request. (Example:  Letter templates of a “legal” or “medical” nature, those that are sexually explicit, etc. will not be offered.)  


VI) RIGHT OF REFUSAL:
Library Online Inc. reserves the right to refuse letter writing requests from a member if that member has requested the design of an unreasonable volume of new templates.  This service is NOT designed to compose all the letters for an organization or individual to fulfill all their corporate or personal needs during their membership term. The cost of that kind of service is not indicative of Library Online membership fees.  This new letter request privilege is an ‘accommodation only’ to a Library Online membership, not the sole purpose of it and, therefore, Library Online reserves the right to decline those new letter requests it deems to be in excess of this “accommodation” service.

VII) PRIVACY:  
Library Online Inc. does not sell or distribute any email addresses or personal information that has been collected.  Any and all information members provide is used solely for their Library Online membership maintenance.

VIII) COPYRIGHT:
All images, illustrations, logos, designs, files, literary writing, letter templates and forms contained within this website (all of which, collectively, are herein referred to as the "Contents") are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress or other intellectual property owned, controlled, or licensed by Library Online Inc. 

Permission Granted:  Permission is granted to use the Letter Templates for personal, organizational, or business use, however, the kind of use that is strictly prohibited includes the distribution, selling, displaying, posting electronically or mechanically, reproduction of versions or republishing in any manner of the templates or any content of this website without written permission of Library Online Inc.  

Contents of this website are protected under Copyright, Trademark, Trade Dress and other intellectual property laws.  All violators will be prosecuted. 

IX) USER AGREEMENT REVISIONS
Library Online Inc. may from time to time revise the User Agreement terms.  You agree to be bound by any such revisions and should periodically visit this page, which can also be found in the Member Home Area, to determine the current User Agreement terms to which you are bound.
